We use LBC Express for our nationwide shipping.
For our same-day deliveries, buyers can opt to choose their desired courier.

Yes, we ship nationwide in the Philippines
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
For our LBC deliveries, we ship every Wednesdays and Saturdays
Lead time:
NCR: 1-2 days | LUZ: 2-3 days | VISMIN: 5-7 days
Can I track my order?
Once we ship your order, we will send you an email with your tracking number and url!
Do you offer international shipping?
As of now, we currently do not ship internationally. But hopefully, we will soon!
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Can I change the size of my order after it has been delivered?
Yes, we accept size exchanges within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Note: Shipping fee for return & replacement will be shouldered by the buyer. We highly recommend checking our size chart before purchasing.
I received the wrong size or a defective item. What should I do?
If we sent the wrong size or a damaged product, we will handle the exchange at no cost to you.
Please send us a message with your order number and a clear picture as proof so we can process your replacement.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind about my order?
We do not offer refunds for an order that has been processed or shipped.
My package was lost by the courier. Can I get a refund?
Once the package is with the courier (LBC), the delivery is out of our hands. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier. If successful, we will process your refund or resend your items.
